Casa Pitaya is for sale, so in the event there is a showing that can only be done during your stay, please allow our realtor to show the house to potential buyers. The realtor will be with buyers at all times, and they will respect and don't touch your belongings. There is no need to clean or tidy up the house.
The full property is for guests, except for a couple of closets and storage rooms that are only available for staff and owner.
There is local staff available for support when needed, and you can reach out at any time via our platform. Just be aware that response and supplier availability can be limited during weekends.
